As a child, Alfredo would spend summers with his grandmother in Puglia - she taught him everything about the natural ingredients their land had to offer and how to turn them into nutritious, flavorful dishes with recipes that have been within the Arcobelli family for centuries. It is here where Alfredo’s passion for simplicity comes from; where he derives his passion for passing on tradition and the original form of world-famous classics.

He is on a mission to share these wonderful flavors and ideas with his guests, and decided to make this pursuit his professional goal with his headquarters in America’s food capital - Chicago, IL.
